What is the power for this days train?

How do they get B631 from the C&O to the SAL? Do they take it all the way into Fulton then back it towards Acca then switch over

Just had peaked out the door when I heard the train with CP KCS and the NS engines. My camera and phone were out in the car and there wasn't any way I could make it back in time. Still kicking myself over that.

What time/days does this job go on duty at Dillwyn? Awesome shots on the bridge

My wife is from the South Boston area and her family lived all around the old Southern Railway's Richmond-Danville Line between Drakes Branch (North of Clover) to Paces (West of South Boston). Back in the 1970s before the merger, when we would visit her folks, I'd usually see a westbound morning freight going through Paces from their back porch. After the merger, the line from Keysville to Ringgold (Just east of Danville) was abandoned. This power plant saved the segment from South Boston to Clover.

Cool video. Rose Lake, IL is the point where CSX & KCS swap military trains. This one in particular had equipment from 2nd Brigade Combat Team 82nd Airborne heading from Fort Liberty, NC to Joint Readiness Training Center (Training) Rotation 22-06J @ Fort Polk, LA in support of 2nd Battalion; 3rd Special Forces Group Airborne.

like I said last time good to see west Virginia again and some of that area I have done baseball ⚾️and had changed after the last time I had seen there and again country roads take me home to the pray where I belong west Virginia 😢 and I'm from Florida but west Virginia will always be home and keep showing west Virginia .. Rivera railfan means alot to see home 🏡 and old stomping grounds 😅

Nice shots of the bridge over the Big Coal River. No DPU's on the coal loads, that is a rarity nowadays. Almost always see the empties with 4 locomotives in front (I believe only 2 are providing power) coming downhill towards Hinton.

Awesome video! Sometime if you can, some coverage of Peach Creek Yard and Logan, WV would be great too.
